The Chef

Executive Chef, Ellen Hatzi, is a graduate of Oregon Culinary Institute and upon completion was awarded The Highest Honors medal and The President's Award for exemplary academic achievement, culinary skill and creativity, leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.

Ellen trained at Thomas Keller's critically acclaimed restaurant, The French Laundry, where she focused on quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and exquisite presentation.

As a child, Ellen grew up in a big, food-loving Italian family where she developed her love of cooking. She has been catering for 10+ years and loves the personal, one-on-one relationship with her clients and the ability to make their dreams a reality.
